Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, definition, and delivery of complex products and services across engagements. You will guide end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, while balancing business impact, design, and technology.

Lead senior stakeholder conversations and grow the account through strategic product leadership. You will mentor other Product Managers, shape roadmaps, and drive AI/GenAI adoption within client engagements, ensuring measurable

Qualifications

• Senior product leadership and ownership responsibilities beyond a single workstream
• Experience defining strategy and go-to-market for major products or platforms
• Experience staffing, coaching, or managing other Product Managers or Consultants
• Business development contributions such as proposals or account growth in a consulting/agency context
• Strong data analysis, strategic thinking and portfolio of senior-level work
• Executive presence and ability to influence VP/C-suite stakeholders
• Deep fluency with Agile/lean operating models and implementing within client organizations
• Familiarity with prototyping, research tools and methods
• Demonstrated experience applying AI/GenAI/agentic capabilities in product roadmaps
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Own Product Strategy & Vision for engagements, aligning objectives with customer needs
• Lead full product lifecycle across multiple workstreams, balancing innovation and impact
• Set product frameworks, prioritization, and Agile approaches per client context
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
• Resolve ambiguity and escalations at product level; advise on strategic trade-offs
• Ensure customer insights and data inform product strategy
• Develop and coach Product Managers and Consultants on the engagement
• Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and account growth opportunities
• Enhance external presence through thought leadership and client executive interactions
• Drive AI/GenAI strategy integration into product roadmaps and delivery
