Capgemini Invent is hiring a Product Manager to lead the strategy, definition, and delivery of innovative physical and digital products. You will balance vision, data, design and execution across client engagements as a hands‑on contributor and trusted advisor.

You will shape roadmaps, lead lifecycle activities, and apply AI/GenAI capabilities to accelerate outcomes while mentoring junior teammates and influencing cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional product management experience.
• Experience in technical requirements writing (user stories, epics, MVP scope).
• Hands‑on experience using AI/GenAI/agentic tools in a product management context (required).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Shape Product Strategy & Vision in collaboration with clients and the team.
• Drive Product Lifecycle Execution from ideation to delivery.
• Champion Product Frameworks & Agile methodologies to accelerate progress.
• Lead Cross‑Functional Collaboration with designers, engineers, researchers and stakeholders.
• Navigate Ambiguity & Complexity with data‑driven hypotheses.
• Advocate for the Customer using research and market data.
