Capgemini Invent is seeking a Managing Consultant, AI Product & Innovation, to lead end‑to‑end AI discovery and strategy engagements with senior client leaders. You will define engagement approaches, guide delivery teams, and own the quality of strategic outcomes while contributing to business development and practice evolution.

You will mentor teams, shape AI product roadmaps, and drive proposals to expand client opportunities, leveraging deep AI literacy and governance know‑how across

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy including core AI concepts and enterprise transformation.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise AI, data, or digital product initiatives.
• Deep fluency in the AI product landscape, including foundation models and governance tooling.
• Strong executive communication and strategic storytelling for VP-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery and strategy engagements end‑to‑end.
• Own VP‑level client relationships and manage complex dynamics.
• Define engagement approach, team structure, and delivery plans.
• Shape AI product roadmaps and investment cases that align with executive vision.
• Drive business development including proposals and account expansion.
• Build and mentor delivery teams; contribute to DDT’s AI product methodology.
