Capgemini Invent is seeking a Product Manager to define, develop, and deliver AI-enabled products and services. You will balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, data, and design.

You will drive roadmaps, write requirements, and guide delivery, applying best practices and responsible AI principles to achieve measurable value for clients in an AI-first world.

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy including core AI and generative AI concepts.
• Experience defining, launching, and delivering digital products or experiences.
• Proficient in Agile, Lean, or product-centered delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Define product visions, roadmaps, and priorities aligning customer needs with business goals.
• Lead product discovery, ideation, requirements gathering, and delivery across digital and physical products.
• Develop user stories, epics, MVPs, and release plans to guide execution.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to deliver customer-centered solutions.
• Use research, analytics, and market insights to guide decisions and prioritization.
• Apply product mgmt frameworks and best practices to accelerate outcomes.
• Support launches, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and business development.
