Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Product Manager–Managing Consultant to lead product strategy, definition, and delivery across multidisciplinary teams in major engagements. You will shape roadmaps, balance customer value with feasibility, and own the client relationship at VP level.

In this role, you will establish product frameworks, drive agile execution, mentor product managers, and contribute to proposals and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional product management experience with strategic ownership and leadership.
• Track record of owning product strategy/go-to-market for major product lines or 0-to-1 launches.
• Experience staffing/coaching or managing other Product Managers/Consultants.
• Business development contributions: proposals, SOW shaping, or account growth in a consulting/agency context.
• Strong strategic, conceptual, and data-analysis skills with senior-level work.
• Executive-level presence: able to advise/influence VP/C-suite stakeholders.
• Fluent in Agile/lean product operating models and introducing them in client contexts.
• Proficiency with prototyping/research tools and methods.
• Experience directing/advising on AI/GenAI/agentic capabilities in product strategy/roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Strategy & Vision for the engagement, aligning objectives with customer needs.
• Direct Product Lifecycle Execution across ideation, definition, and delivery.
• Set Product Frameworks & Methodologies for each engagement and adapt to client context.
• Lead Cross-Functional & Cross-Team Collaboration with designers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders.
• Resolve Ambiguity & Escalations on high-stakes product problems.
• Advocate for the customer at strategic level using research, data, and experimentation.
• Develop Product Talent by staffing, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive Business Development through proposals, SOWs, and account growth.
• Build frog's External Presence via thought leadership and executive-level representation.
• Own AI/GenAI/Agentic Strategy & Adoption within the product roadmap.
