Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, definition, and delivery of both physical and digital products for client engagements. You will align business objectives with customer needs while managing senior client relationships.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set roadmaps, and drive AI/GenAI strategy within the product operating model. Executive presence and strong data skills are essential for success in a consulting context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional product management with strategic ownership and team leadership.
• Owns product strategy and go-to-market for major product line or 0-to-1 launch.
• Experience staffing or managing other Product Managers/Consultants.
• Business development contributions: proposals, SOWs or account growth in a consulting context.
• Strong strategic, concepting and data-analysis skills with a senior-level portfolio.
• Executive-level presence: you can advise VP/C-suite stakeholders.
• Deep fluency in Agile/lean product operating models.
• Experience directing AI/GenAI capabilities within product strategy or roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Strategy & Vision for an engagement.
• Direct full product lifecycle across an engagement.
• Set Product Frameworks & Methodologies for engagements.
• Lead Cross-Functional & Cross-Team Collaboration across multiple workstreams.
• Resolve Ambiguity & Escalations in high-stakes problems.
• Advocate for the Customer at the Strategic Level using research and data.
• Develop Product Talent by coaching Product Managers and Consultants.
• Drive Business Development through proposals, SOWs, and account growth.
• Build Capgemini Invent's external presence and thought leadership.
• Own AI/GenAI/Agentic Strategy & Adoption within the product roadmap.
