Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, definition, and delivery of physical and digital products within client engagements. You will balance vision, data, design, and execution while serving as the senior product voice to clients.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape roadmaps, and mentor product managers, with a focus on AI/GenAI integration and expanding the practice on key accounts. This role requires executive presence and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional product management with strategic ownership and leadership.
• Experience owning product strategy and go-to-market for major product lines.
• Experience staffing or managing other Product Managers or Consultants.
• Business development contributions: proposals, SOW shaping, or account growth.
• Strong strategic, concepting, and data analysis skills with senior-level work.
• Executive presence to advise VP/C-suite client stakeholders.
• Fluency in Agile/lean product operating models.
• Experience guiding AI/GenAI integration in product strategy.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Strategy & Vision for engagements, aligning objectives with customer needs.
• Direct Product Lifecycle execution across multiple workstreams.
• Set frameworks & methodologies for product strategy and delivery.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among designers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders.
• Resolve ambiguities and escalations at the product level.
• Advocate for customer insights in strategic decision making.
• Develop product talent, coaching PMs and consultants.
• Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and account growth.
• Build external presence and recruit for the practice.
• Lead AI/GenAI strategy and adoption within the engagement roadmap.
