Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States seeks a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, definition, and delivery of cross-functional products and services for senior client engagements. You will shape product roadmaps, lead multi-workstream execution, and drive AI/GenAI opportunities, collaborating with VP-level stakeholders and leading a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in professional product management with strategic ownership and leadership
• Directed product strategy and go-to-market for major product lines or 0-to-1 launches
• Experience staffing, coaching, or managing other Product Managers or Consultants
• Business development contributions: proposal writing or account growth in consulting
• Strong strategic, conceptual, and data analysis skills with senior-level work
• Executive-level presence advising VP/C-suite stakeholders
• Experience with Agile/lean product operating models in client contexts
• Experience directing AI/GenAI capabilities within product strategy

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for an engagement
• Lead full product lifecycle across engagements
• Set frameworks and methodologies for product workstreams
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with designers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders
• Advocate for customer at strategic level using user research and market data
• Develop talent and manage performance of Product Managers and Consultants
• Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and pitches for existing accounts
• Build external presence and thought leadership in AI/Data
• Define AI/GenAI strategy and adoption in product roadmap
