Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management with strategic ownership.
- Owned strategy and GTM for major product lines or 0→1 launches.
- Staffing or coaching Product Managers or Consultants.
- BD contribution: proposals, SOW shaping, or account growth.
- Executive-level presence to influence VP/C-suite stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own Product Strategy & Vision for engagement, aligning objectives with customer needs.
- Direct lifecycle execution across multiple workstreams and teams.
- Set frameworks, roadmaps, and Agile approaches for client contexts.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Resolve ambiguity and escalations at senior levels.
- Advocate customer insights in strategic product decisions.
- Develop talent and coach Product Managers and Consultants.
- Drive proposals and growth opportunities within accounts.
- Contribute to external presence and AI/GenAI roadmap adoption.
