Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Service Assist Product Manager to drive the strategy and end-to-end execution of an AI-first platform across client servicing and operations.

You will lead collaboration among Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver measurable client and risk outcomes. You will define OKRs, govern backlog, and champion governance around model evaluation and responsible-AI practices while translating complex AI concepts for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on product management experience with agile practices.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• High data literacy to define metrics and drive decisions.
• Ability to use no-code/low-code tooling for data-science outputs.
• Knowledge of responsible AI and AI governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to AI ambitions.
• Champion AI-first approach, prioritizing high-value AI use cases.
• Lead transformation and adoption across servicing teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk & Controls.
• Run agile governance, own backlog, balance scope and risk.
• Define OKRs and success metrics, use experiments and A/B testing.
• Establish AI evaluation frameworks and guardrails for Responsible AI.
• Translate complex AI concepts for senior and non-technical audiences.
