Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AI-enabled Product Lead (Executive Director) to drive the Area Product Group within the Global Banking Platform, delivering core banking capabilities and shaping the roadmap with product owners and engineering partners.

You will apply AI-enabled product practices to improve discovery, prioritization, and delivery, owning end-to-end outcomes across the full delivery lifecycle while maintaining focus on quality, security, and governance.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading complex platform or product groups in a regulated enterprise environment.
Demonstrated expertise in roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery across multiple teams.
Strong ability to translate business needs into implementable platform requirements.
Experience leading cross-team platform initiatives with APIs and reusable components.

Responsibilities

Own delivery and outcomes for the Area Product Group responsible for core banking capabilities.
Envision and define requirements by partnering with product owners and engineering teams.
Maintain a strong focus on customer needs, quality, and scalability.
Serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert on platform capabilities.
Collaborate across Global Banking Platform Area Product Groups to deliver new platform features.
Create and manage the Area Product Group roadmap and prioritize the backlog.
Recommend business priorities and advise partners on trade-offs and risks.
Represent stakeholders and act as the day-to-day decision maker for scrum teams.
Inspect sprint outcomes and communicate progress, risks, and forecasts.
