Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Executive Director, AI-enabled Product Lead within the Global Banking Platform to shape product strategy for core banking capabilities and drive end-to-end delivery.

You will partner with product owners and engineering teams, align with platform standards, prioritize backlog, and ensure quality, security, and governance while leveraging AI to accelerate discovery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex platform groups in regulated enterprise.
• Proven roadmap ownership and backlog prioritization in Agile.
• Strong functional and technical SME translating needs into requirements.
• Experience with cross-team initiatives, APIs, reusable components.
• Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making at senior levels.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product practices and data-driven prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and outcomes for the Area Product Group responsible for core banking capabilities.
• Define requirements with product owners and engineering teams.
• Maintain focus on customer needs, quality, scalability.
• Serve as SME on platform capabilities.
• Collaborate across GBP Area Product Groups to deliver features.
• Create and manage the Area Product Group roadmap and backlog.
• Advise on trade-offs, dependencies, risks.
• Represent stakeholders and act as day-to-day decision maker for scrum teams.
• Inspect sprint outcomes and communicate progress and risks.
• Use AI-assisted approaches to accelerate requirement exploration and backlog refinement.
• Promote responsible AI for quality, security, governance.
