Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Executive Director to lead an AI-enabled Area Product Group within the Global Banking Platform. You will shape product strategy, translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, and partner with owners and engineering to design and launch high-quality platform features.

You will apply AI-enabled product practices to improve discovery, prioritization, and delivery quality, owning end-to-end outcomes across the delivery lifecycle and ensuring alignment to platform

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex platform or product groups in a regulated enterprise environment and delivering outcomes.
• Expertise in roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery across multiple teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into implementable platform requirements and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and outcomes for the Area Product Group responsible for core banking capabilities.
• Envision and define requirements with product owners and engineering teams from design through implementation.
• Maintain focus on customer needs, quality, and scalable solutions.
• Serve as SME on platform capabilities and lead cross-group collaboration.
• Create and manage the Area Product Group roadmap and backlog prioritization.
• Advise partners on trade-offs, options, dependencies, and risks.
