Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Service Assist Product Manager to lead AI-first product strategy and end-to-end execution across business and technology teams in New York.

You will drive measurable client, operational, and risk outcomes with a data-driven mindset and an emphasis on generative AI, ML, NLP, and RAG solutions. You will partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science, align with Service operations and Risk & Controls, and run an Agile delivery cadence to own the backlog andOKRs

Qualifications

• Strong AI/ML concepts and ability to translate into product features.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to define metrics and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Service Assist product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Champion AI-first approach with high-value use cases for generative AI and RAG.
• Lead transformation, drive adoption, and ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Risk teams.
• Manage product backlog, govern delivery cadence, and prioritize work.
• Define OKRs and use A/B testing to improve outcomes.
• Establish AI evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI governance.
• Translate complex AI concepts for senior and non-technical audiences.
