Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Product Manager in Digital Assistance to help build the agentic platform powering Chase's Digital Self-Service products for consumer banking. You will influence product strategy and deliver high-impact experiences that resonate with customers.

In this role you will own the product backlog, guide discovery with market research, and collaborate with technology, analytics, and design teams to scale AI-enabled services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience with AI/agentic products/platforms, including LLMs and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and inform the roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks key success metrics such as cost, features, reliability, and risk posture.
• Own end-to-end delivery for the platform and coordinate backlog across scrum teams.
• Manage requirements delivery from start to finish and triage issues to ensure production quality.
• Collaborate with technology and analytics stakeholders to build the agentic platform.
• Apply evaluation and quality frameworks to validate platform and agent performance.
