Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Executive Director, AI-enabled Product Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of core banking capabilities within the Global Banking Platform. You will shape strategy, align stakeholders, and lead engineering teams to build scalable, compliant solutions.

You will apply AI-enabled product practices to improve discovery, prioritization, and delivery while maintaining quality and governance in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex platform or product groups in a regulated enterprise.
• Expertise in roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery across multiple teams.
• Able to translate business needs into implementable platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and outcomes for the Area Product Group responsible for core banking capabilities.
• Envision and define requirements with product owners and engineering teams from design to implementation.
• Maintain focus on customer needs, quality, and scalability, delivering robust, reusable solutions.
• Serve as SME on platform capabilities and collaborate across groups to deliver new features.
• Create and manage the Area Product Group roadmap and prioritize the backlog.
