Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Product Manager to enhance how products are delivered to customers and to transform the operating model across lines of business. You will craft high-quality requirements artifacts and leverage AI-enabled tooling to elevate specification clarity and delivery readiness.

You will collaborate with engineering, data, and risk teams to ensure compliant, data-driven product improvements while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering digital products or technology applications.
• 3+ years in financial services.
• Translate ambiguity into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• AI SDLC experience across use case definition, data readiness, model development/validation.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs and enterprise releases.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and data-driven delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-ready materials.
• Stakeholder management across business, engineering, data, and control functions.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, outcomes, and success metrics for the Authorized Parties digital experience.
• Lead discovery to understand Private Bank client needs, advisor workflows, and compliance constraints.
• Produce and maintain high-quality requirements artifacts (functional and non-functional) to support build, test, and release readiness.
• Leverage VS Code and AI-assisted tooling to draft, refine, and validate requirements content; ensure clarity and testability.
• Own the requirements operating model across business, design, engineering, data, and risk/control partners; maintain traceability from objectives to delivered capabilities.
• Manage a prioritized roadmap and backlog across multiple teams; coordinate delivery and dependencies.
• Influence and drive decisions with senior stakeholders across lines of business and control functions; frame trade-offs.
• Partner with engineering and data teams on complex data structures (relationships, permissions/role models, audit trails).
• Define and prioritize AI and advanced analytics use cases to improve client outcomes with governance and risk built-in.
• Ensure adherence to JPMorganChase risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead working sessions, demos, and delivery readouts; drive continuous improvement focused on outcomes.
