Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to drive a product-led Talent technology portfolio. You will shape governance, roadmaps, and operating rhythms while leading Client Zero initiatives that connect strategy, user needs, and technical delivery.

You’ll collaborate with Demand Management, architecture, and vendors to translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes that enable enterprise-scale adoption.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and cross-functional accountability.
• Experience defining technology investment strategies and roadmaps connected to business priorities and value.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap, translating priorities into investments and measurable outcomes.
• Establish forums and governance to connect strategy, demand, architecture, and delivery with clear accountability.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, and post-launch reviews with Enterprise Technology and partners.
• Lead Client Zero talent technology initiatives from use-case definition through enterprise-scale adoption.
