Job summary
EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to support the Digital Talent Strategy Lead in establishing and maturing a product-led organization for talent technology.
This role shapes governance, investment strategy, technical roadmap, and operating disciplines required to manage the portfolio at enterprise scale, while leading Client Zero initiatives that connect strategy, user needs, and technical delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical product management or talent technology.
- Proven ability to mature a product organization with governance.
- Ability to connect strategy, architecture, funding and value realization.
- Experience leading Client Zero initiatives and enterprise-scale delivery.
- Experience with roadmaps, discovery, and coordinated delivery across teams.
- Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery tech preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial judgment.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
- Maintain integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, and value.
- Lead governance, operating rhythms, and decision rights across the portfolio.
- Coordinate refinement, estimation, release planning, prototyping, and testing with partners.
- Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case to enterprise-scale adoption.
