Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to advance a product-led talent technology organization. You will shape governance, roadmaps, and investment strategies while leading Client Zero initiatives that connect strategy, user needs, and technical delivery.

You will collaborate across Demand Management, architecture, and delivery teams to drive measured outcomes, adoption, and value realization at enterprise scale. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management within HR or talent technology.
• Proven ability to establish or mature a product organization with governance and lifecycle practices.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Experience leading Client Zero, pilots, and scaling initiatives.
• Experience managing roadmaps/backlogs and translating business needs into requirements.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery tech like ServiceNow preferred.
• Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, security, privacy, and release management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Maintain integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, risk.
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing value, feasibility, cost, and risk.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, ownership, and escalation paths across the portfolio.
• Create forums connecting strategy, investment decisions, demand, architecture, delivery, risk, and value realization.
• Track adoption, experience, quality, reliability, cost, risk, and realized value to guide scaling or retirement.
• Align leaders, users, product managers, vendors, and partners on outcomes, requirements, quality, and commitments.
• Partner with Demand Management to assess ideas, enhancements, and modernization opportunities, defining problem, users, outcomes.
• Translate validated needs into business cases, flows, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, launch readiness, and post-launch reviews.
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case to adoption and scale, with measurement and governance.
• Evaluate emerging capabilities, including generative AI, automation, self-service, and platform releases.
• Manage an innovation and enhancement pipeline moving ideas from discovery to adoption and measurement.
