Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Product Implementation Manager II for a hybrid role spanning multiple offices in the Northwest. You will lead delivery of new products and enhancements, managing scope, budget, and timelines while aligning with business strategy and customer requirements.

You will mentor others, drive risk mitigation, and collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders, leveraging PM methodologies and AI tools to boost productivity and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to successful completion, including quality and timeliness.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously within budget.
• Develop and enforce project management methods and standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and report on project management activities.
• Define plans and status reports to leadership and client groups.
• Lead teams, allocate resources, manage risks and costs.
• Define metrics and ensure timely problem resolution.
