Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Implementation Manager II for a hybrid role with 3 days in office across multiple locations. You will lead the delivery of new products and enhancements, applying project management discipline to meet budget, schedule, and customer requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of program management experience, familiarity with insurance product deployments, and strong leadership. A PMP or related certification is highly valued.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• Experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• PMP certification is a strong plus; PMI methods preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for delivering projects to successful completion, including quality and timeliness.
• Oversees multiple projects simultaneously within budget and schedule constraints.
• Plans, coordinates, and reports on project management activities per Office policies.
• Drives outcomes through planning, scope management, resource allocation and risk mitigation.
• Assembles and guides project teams, assigns responsibilities, and ensures stakeholder communication.
