Cambia Health is seeking a Product Implementation Manager II for a hybrid role across multiple offices. You will lead delivery of new products and enhancements, applying project management practices, tracking milestones, and managing risks to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes while aligning with customer requirements.

You will mentor other PMs, coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders, and influence process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering projects to successful completion, including quality and timeliness.
• Oversees multiple projects at once within budgetary constraints.
• Contributes to the development of company-adopted project management methods.
• Plans, directs, coordinates, and reports on project management activities.
