Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Implementation Manager II to lead delivery of new products and enhancements in a hybrid work environment across multiple regional offices.

You will apply project management methodologies to keep projects aligned with strategy, on schedule, and within budget while ensuring customer requirements are met. The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements
• Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred. PMP certification is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to successful completion including quality and timeliness.
• Oversee multiple projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Develop plans, milestones, and risk assessments for initiatives.
• Present status reports to leadership and clients.
• Define metrics and ensure proactive issue resolution.
