Job summary

Cambia Health in Renton, WA, is seeking a Product Implementation Manager II for a hybrid role with three days in the office across listed locations. You will lead delivery of new products and enhancements, applying PM methodology to align with business strategy, on schedule, and within budget.

You will own project quality, manage risks, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet customer requirements while mentoring other PMs. A PMP or PM certification is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• Project Management Certification strongly preferred; PMP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering projects to successful completion with quality and timeliness.
• Oversees multiple projects at once within budgetary constraints.
• Contributes to development and adherence of company‑wide PM methods.
• Plans, directs, coordinates, and reports on PM activities per PMO standards.
• Manages overall project plans and presents status reports to leadership and clients.
• Drives outcomes with planning, scope management, risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.
