Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Implementation Manager II for a hybrid role with in-office days. You will lead delivery of new products, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business strategy, scope, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects.

Bring 5+ years of project leadership, experience with insurance products, and PM certification. A PMP is a strong plus; strong communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering projects to successful completion, including quality and timeliness.
• Oversees multiple projects at once within budget constraints.
• Plans, directs, coordinates, and reports on project management activities.
• Manages project plans and presents status reports to leadership and clients.
• Drives outcomes via planning, scope management, and stakeholder communication.
