Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. seeks a Product Implementation Manager II to lead multiple concurrent projects, applying PM methods to meet business goals, timelines, budgets, and client requirements.

The role requires strong leadership across diverse teams, risk management, and mentoring. It is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and relocation eligibility to commutable locations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• Project Management Certification strongly preferred; PMP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to successful completion, including quality and timeliness.
• Oversee multiple projects ensuring timely deliverables within budget.
• Contribute to development and adherence of company PM methods and standards.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and report on PM activities per PMO policies.
• Manage overall project plans and present status to leadership and client groups.
• Drive outcomes through planning, scope management, and cost/risk management.
• Assemble project teams and provide guidance to members.
• Define and analyze metrics to keep projects on target and resolve issues.
