Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Product Implementation Manager II to lead delivery of new products and enhancements across multiple concurrent projects, using proven project management methods to stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with customer requirements.

This hybrid role requires residency within commutable distance of designated offices and offers a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities to mentor other PMs while advancing product development lifecycle and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering projects to successful completion, including the quality and timeliness of all defined projects and the resolution of issues within them (goals, resource allocation, release planning, technology architecture, etc.).
• Oversees multiple projects at once, ensuring timely deliverables within budgetary constraints.
• Contributes to the development of company‑adopted project management methods and ensures adherence to them.
• Plans, directs, coordinates, and reports on project management activities in accordance with Enterprise Program Management Office policies and standards.
• Manages the overall project plan(s), and prepares and presents plans and status reports to organizational leadership, project teams, and client/customer groups.
• Drives project outcomes through effective planning, task definition, scope management, resource allocation and negotiation, risk mitigation, cost management, and stakeholder communication.
• Assembles the project team, assigns responsibilities, identifies appropriate resources, and provides guidance and direction to team members.
• Defines, collects, and analyzes metrics to keep projects on target, proactively recommends courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness, and ensures timely resolution of problems within the scope of the assignment.
