Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Implementation Manager II to lead delivery of new products and enhancements across multiple projects.

You will apply project management methodologies to ensure alignment with business strategy, stay on schedule, and meet customer requirements. In this role, you will own project quality, develop estimates and milestones, and proactively manage risks, scope, and resources across concurrent initiatives to support a person-focused health care

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• PMP certification strongly preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver projects to successful completion with quality and timeliness.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously within budget and schedule constraints.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and status reports for leadership and clients.
• Plan, coordinate, and report on PM activities per Enterprise PMO policies and standards.
• Define metrics, analyze results, and drive action to ensure cost effectiveness and on-time delivery.
• Mentor and develop other project managers and teams.
