Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Product Implementation Manager II for a hybrid role requiring onsite presence across multiple offices. The role leads delivery of new products and enhancements, applying project management to align with strategy, schedule, budget, and customer needs.

You will manage risk, develop estimates and milestones, and collaborate with sponsors, clients, and stakeholders to drive timely, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering projects to successful completion, including quality and timeliness.
• Oversees multiple projects at once, ensuring timely deliverables within budget.
• Contributes to the development of company-adopted project management methods and adherence.
• Plans, directs, coordinates, and reports on project management activities per PMO policies.
• Manages overall project plans and presents plans/status to leadership, teams, and clients.
• Drives outcomes through planning, scoping, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
