You will partner with executives to ensure pre-launch, launch, and post-launch obligations are understood and addressed. This role emphasizes collaboration with risk, compliance, legal, and governance teams, building roadmaps for approvals, and delivering decision-ready materials for

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Experience applying enterprise risk frameworks and related practices.
• Experience facilitating product risk assessments and governance processes.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate risk assessment processes for product launches and ongoing operations.
• Guide teams on risk identification, approvals, and governance across the lifecycle.
• Develop mitigants and metrics for evolving risks in launches or modifications.
• Collaborate with Wealth Advisory Risk & Governance to evaluate impacts on programs.
• Maintain roadmaps and timelines for approvals and governance forums.
• Prepare clear, decision-ready materials for governance forums.
• Serve as SME and trusted advisor on product review processes.
• Partner with business leaders to support governance approaches.
• Support product review reporting and governance updates for leadership.
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency and the review experience.
