Charles Schwab is seeking a Relationship Manager within SCRT to lead supervisory initiatives and collaborate with risk, compliance, technology, and product teams. You will design controls, governance, and monitoring frameworks to balance innovation with risk management.

The role offers exposure to senior leaders and enterprise-wide initiatives, with opportunities to expand expertise in risk management and regulatory readiness within a dynamic financial services environment.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, regulatory or related fields.
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
Knowledge of wealth management, retail brokerage, banking, or financial services products and regulatory environments.
Experience conducting risk assessments, evaluating controls, documenting findings, and developing recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders.
Ability to analyze business and operational data to support decision-making.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
