Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in risk management within Workplace Services or similar environments.
• Ability to lead multiple risk-related projects and governance programs.
• Proven ability to present to Executive Management and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading risk management related projects, including Retrospective Reviews, Remediations, and governance program implementation.
• Overseeing escalations, including Risk Events, from the business and assessing BU Risk response.
• Leading or supporting risk governance programs which support Workplace Services.
• Coordinating efforts with key business partners in the management of WS BU Risk initiatives.
• Providing project updates and status to key stakeholders at the appropriate level of detail to enable action to be taken on issues.
• Providing consultation, facilitation, and analytical support to ensure internal controls are properly implemented.
• Collaborating with executives and management to strengthen internal control framework through risk identification and control design.
