The role emphasizes collaboration with senior stakeholders and the ability to translate risk into actionable governance practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in product governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Experience applying enterprise risk frameworks.
• Experience facilitating product risk assessments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience preparing governance reports and executive presentations.

• Facilitate risk assessment processes for product launches and operations.
• Guide teams on risk identification, approval requirements, and governance considerations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop mitigants and metrics for new or evolving risks.
• Engage partners to evaluate impacts to risk programs and governance practices.
• Establish roadmaps and timelines for approvals and governance forums.
• Prepare clear, decision-ready materials for governance forums.
• Serve as SME on the product review process across pre-launch, launch and post-launch.
• Build partnerships with business leaders to support governance.
• Support product review reporting and governance updates for leadership.
• Improve operational efficiency and governance processes in product reviews.
• Design practical resources for Wealth Advisory Services.
