Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workplace Services or risk management.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal guidance.
• Strong project management skills across multiple projects with risk-based prioritization.
• Experience presenting to Executive Management.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent time management, organization, urgency, and proactive problem solving.
• Good business acumen and sound judgment for complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management projects including Retrospective Reviews, Remediations, and governance program implementation.
• Oversee escalations and Risk Events from the business and assess BU Risk response.
• Lead or support risk governance programs for Workplace Services.
• Coordinate efforts with key business partners to manage WS BU Risk initiatives.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders with appropriate level of detail for action.
• Provide consultation and analytical support to ensure internal controls are implemented for client service and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with executives to strengthen the internal control framework through risk identification and control design.
