Job summary

Ralliant Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team through design, validation, release, and sustaining engineering. You will ensure manufacturability and robust design while partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management to enable successful production launches.

You will coach engineers, drive DFMEA/8D/A3 processes, and embed rigorous problem solving and metrics into the development flow.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree a plus.
8+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or product development including leadership of development, validation, release, and sustaining activities.
Demonstrated ability to act as technical authority across mechanical/electrical product development; strong coaching through design reviews and problem solving.
Experience with data-driven delivery, metrics, dashboards, and operating rhythms to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead execution from concept through validation, release, and lifecycle support, ensuring designs are fully defined and manufacturable.
Set high standards for design quality across ME/EE teams with active involvement in reviews and planning.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management to enable successful product launches.
Drive structured problem solving, RCA, and sustainable fixes to prevent recurrence.
