Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Senior Product Enablement Specialist to equip our GTM teams with the knowledge and tools to sell new products confidently from day one. You will design programs, set the standard for excellence, and measure impact across the field.

You will partner with product marketing, revenue strategy, and sales on high-visibility launches, shaping what great product enablement looks like at Mercury. This is building a function from the ground up at a pivotal growth moment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, revenue or product enablement, or similar go-to-market support.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to drive objectives and strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and curiosity for solving new problems.
• Data fluency; able to pull and connect data from multiple sources.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging tech; experience with LLMs or automation welcome.
• Ability to bring structure to complex business problems.
• Capable of working independently to design and implement solutions from scratch.
• Comfort in ambiguity and knowing when to elevate issues; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue readiness for product launches and major updates from plan to delivery.
• Design and improve product enablement programs that set a standard and scale for new hires.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and prioritize solutions at multiple levels.
• Translate product positioning into field-ready guidance with SMEs to build talks, demos, and questions.
• Measure behavior change through conversation intelligence and enablement data; link to pipeline.
• Surface field insights to leadership to inform future product and go-to-market work.
• Identify opportunities where AI can boost employee effectiveness.
• Distribute, track, and maintain product enablement assets for accuracy.
