The Senior Product Enablement Specialist will design programs, certify reps, and measure impact across pipeline, win rates, and revenue impact while exploring AI to boost effectiveness in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, revenue or product enablement
• Experience partnering with business leaders to develop objectives and implement strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate ownership and proactive problem-solving approach
• Strong data fluency to pull and connect data from multiple sources
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technology in daily work
• Ability to bring structure to complex business problems
• Independent work style in ambiguous, fast-paced settings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own revenue readiness for product launches and updates from plan to delivery
• Design and improve product enablement programs and certify reps before selling
• Identify gaps and prioritize solutions across individuals, teams, and departments
• Translate product positioning into field-ready guidance with SMEs to build talking points and demos
• Measure impact through pipeline and win-rate metrics and enablement data
• Provide field insights to inform future product and go-to-market decisions
• Identify where AI can improve employee effectiveness
• Distribute and maintain enablement assets for accuracy
