Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer to lead the complete product lifecycle from concept through production and field support. You will work with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Testing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Marketing to ensure performance, reliability and cost objectives.

The role offers opportunities to influence product strategy, drive engineering excellence, and deliver innovative solutions for the company's manufacturing operations

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional product development efforts.
• Ability to design, develop, validate, and launch products.
• Strong collaboration with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Testing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all phases of the product lifecycle from design to end-of-life.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product execution.
• Identify and resolve design, manufacturing, and field issues via root-cause analysis.
• Develop and release engineering documentation (specs, drawings, BOMs, ECNs, test plans).
• Support product validation to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage technical deliverables and schedules.
