Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to plan, implement, and manage compliance for manufacturing and production processes worldwide. You will design inspection methods, analyze data for improvements, and ensure adherence to ISO9001 and HQ standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with QA experience, and legal authorization to work in the United States. Night shift duties include a 10% differential upon transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1 year QA/engineering experience or Master's with no experience or 3+ years QA/engineering experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship expected).

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis requests from customers/suppliers.
• Evaluate non-conforming materials and define corrective actions.
• Attend and represent the company in production meetings.
• Use problem solving tools to ensure root cause correction.
• Develop and implement quality procedures to meet ISO9001 and HQ requirements.
• Monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
