International Motors in San Antonio is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Night Shift to keep our production running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot equipment, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement with maintenance, quality, and skilled trades.

This is a salaried role that will move from Day to Night Shift as the operation ramps up in 2027, with a 10% shift differential. You will lead tooling, automation, and production launches, develop PFMEAs and control plans,

Formación

Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of product manufacturing experience.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Experience with manufacturing processes, tooling development, and production support.

Responsabilidades

Troubleshoot process issues, equipment faults, and downtime events.
Analyze production data to improve efficiency, quality, throughput, and cost.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across General Assembly operations.
Manage assembly process, tooling, automation, and equipment projects from concept through implementation.
Develop PFMEAs, control plans, process flows, and standardized work.
Support new vehicle programs through readiness reviews, launch planning, validation, and ramp-up.
