Job summary

International Motors is seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer to guide products from concept to production, ensuring performance, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Testing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Marketing to drive successful product execution across the lifecycle.

The role supports night production shifts and requires flexibility to meet business objectives, including extended shifts and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or CS with at least 1 year of product design/development experience.
• Or a Master's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or CS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all phases of the product lifecycle including design, development, validation, and launch.
• Serve as primary engineering resource for assigned products ensuring performance, quality, reliability, and cost objectives.
• Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Testing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Marketing to drive product execution.
