International Motors, LLC is seeking an NPI Engineer for a night shift in San Antonio. The role leads manufacturing readiness for new product introductions, engineering changes, and production launches, coordinating across operations, quality, product engineering, supply chain, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing engineering, NPI/MPI or production launch support.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems is preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD and factory process documentation is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI and MPI activities for new vehicle programs, changes, and process improvements.
• Evaluate manufacturing impacts of new products and changes.
• Develop and implement manufacturing process flows for assembly and fabrication operations.
• Lead readiness reviews to ensure launch preparedness across teams.
• Support pilot builds, trials, launches, and ramp-up activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet milestones.
• Create and maintain Process Flows, PFMEAs, SOPs, and Manufacturing Buy-Off docs.
• Develop manufacturing layouts using AutoCAD.
• Perform time studies, labor analyses, and capacity planning.
