Job summary

International Motors in San Antonio, TX seeks an entry-level Product Engineer to support our growing production operations. You will collaborate with engineering teams across the plant and organization to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.

This salaried role includes a night shift from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with a 10% shift differential once on night shift. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or CS, enjoy cross-functional work, and are motivated to own and

Bachelor's degree required in engineering, engineering technology, or CS.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Entry-level product engineering with problem-solving focus.

Responsibilities

Support product development lifecycle and engineering activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical info and resolve issues.
Communicate project status with stakeholders across functions.
Assist with vehicle integration activities for new product programs.
Track deliverables and milestones to keep programs on schedule.
Participate in design reviews and problem-solving sessions.
Evaluate designs for cost, quality, and performance objectives.
Read installation prints to understand configurations.
