Job summary

Evolve is hiring a Senior Product Designer for the Growth team to own the top-of-funnel experiences from landing pages to onboarding, balancing data-driven insights with craft. You’ll partner with product, marketing, and data teams to drive conversion while maintaining lead quality.

You’ll design modular templates, work with AI-enabled workflows, and ship experiments rapidly, focusing on high-impact funnels across web and mobile in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio showing landing/campaign pages and onboarding flows.
• Proven ability to ship high-conversion pages or flows without sacrificing craft.
• Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and data teams to improve funnel metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of top-of-funnel acquisition surfaces and onboarding experiences.
• Lead growth-focused design decisions that lift conversion while maintaining lead quality.
• Prototype and ship tests quickly using AI-native workflows to optimize CPL and CPMQL.
