Evolve is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Growth team, focusing on top-of-funnel experiences for homeowners and leads. You will design acquisition surfaces, landing pages, RFI flows, and onboarding mechanics, working closely with product, marketing, and engineering to drive high-efficiency conversions and a strong owner-activation pipeline.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of product design, mastery of Figma, and a track record of shipping conversion-focused work in fast-growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion wins.
• Able to ship high-performing pages or flows and explain why they work.
• Experience partnering with product, growth/marketing, and engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Own top-of-funnel acquisition and conversion flows, design landing pages and templates for testing and onboarding.
• Partner with product, performance marketing, and product marketing to lift conversions without lowering lead quality.
• Prototype and ship AI-native tests to reduce CPL/CPMQL and boost lead-to-signup.
• Design modular landing page templates and CMS components for fast launches by Growth/marketing partners.
• Use data, user research, and stakeholder feedback to uncover drop-offs and improve retention.
• Own the full customer journey across web and mobile with data-driven improvements.
