Job summary

Stripe, LLC. seeks a design lead for Growth to own onboarding experiences, conversion-focused surfaces, and cross-functional projects.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and UX to create user-facing experiences that reduce friction and accelerate growth, informed by AI/ML insights. The role requires a Bachelor's in Design or related field and 4+ years of design experience, with strong skills in Figma, After Effects, and ProtoPie.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Development, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in growth-related design.
• Experience conducting user testing and research using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proficient with UI/UX design tools (Figma, After Effects, ProtoPie).
• Ability to collaborate with engineers to build and launch software experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design industry-leading onboarding experiences and growth-focused product surfaces.
• Understand Stripe’s product suite and AI/ML developments influencing growth strategy.
• Contribute to the Growth team across acquisition, conversion, and retention projects.
• Champion design in growth and demonstrate its impact on user experience.
• Work with engineering and product to design, build, and launch user-facing experiences.
• Collaborate with partner teams to support growth and onboarding needs.
• Partner with user research to inform ongoing projects and insights.
• Participate in design reviews and share work with design leadership.
