Job summary

Read AI is seeking a Product Designer to own growth-focused design across activation, onboarding, and monetization. You’ll be the first designer dedicated to Growth, partnering with the Growth PM, engineers, and the broader design team to shape how new users become paying customers.

This growth role combines product design craft with analytics-driven iteration, delivering experiments, reusable components, and scalable processes to move faster while maintaining high-quality design.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating craft and design thinking.
• Experience or interest in activation, onboarding, conversion, or growth-adjacent UX.
• Comfortable in a test-and-learn environment and able to scope design for experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own activation and onboarding design end-to-end, from signup to first value moment.
• Drive paywalls, upgrade prompts, and trial-to-paid conversion surfaces with iterative experiments.
• Establish growth design workflow and create reusable components for faster experiments.
