Visible Hands is seeking a Staff Product Designer on the Growth team to steer experiments, onboarding, conversion, and monetization experiences that help users discover value, upgrade, and stay engaged. This hands-on role requires influencing product direction with PMs and engineers, and mentoring other designers to raise craft and impact.

• 8+ years of product design experience with growth/optimization focus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating craft and impact.
• Deep understanding of product-led growth mechanics for conversion, retention, revenue.
• Hands-on experimentation experience designing and interpreting tests.
• Systems thinker who links pixels to product vision.
• Proven leader and collaborator who influences cross-functionally.
• Clear communicator of design rationale and trade-offs.
• Prior management or mentoring experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly design and iterate end-to-end user journeys impacting acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Shape design vision/strategy for growth levers across acquisition, activation, engagement, monetization.
• Partner with product, engineering, data, and marketing to identify high-impact opportunities and roadmaps.
• Lead complex projects end-to-end from insights to execution and iteration.
• Define and refine experimentation and measurement from a design perspective.
• Champion design excellence and balance velocity with long-term quality.
• Mentor and coach other Growth designers, supporting craft and career growth.
• Serve as a thought partner to design leadership on ops, hiring, and culture.
