Perplexity is seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to own Growth design, shaping onboarding, activation, conversion, pricing, and retention. You’ll work across product, marketing, and engineering to move metrics with thoughtful craft and data-driven decisions.

You’ll collaborate with Growth and Product Marketing to align messaging and funnel strategy, prototype rapidly, and ship high-impact features that balance established UI paradigms with innovative AI-powered experiences.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience designing growth-focused consumer products.
• Data-informed approach with experimentation, funnels, and metrics.
• Excellent visual, UI and interaction skills.
• Strong communication with teams and users.

Responsabilidades

• Lead growth design across the full funnel: acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, upsell, and retention.
• Design first-run onboarding experiences to deliver rapid value.
• Craft consumer acquisition surfaces, activation flows, and pricing/plan comparisons.
• Partner with Growth and Product Marketing on messaging and funnel strategy.
• Design and run experiments using usage data to guide decisions.
• Ship features balancing established UI paradigms with AI-powered experiences.
• Collaborate with brand design to ensure memorable growth surfaces.
